BrandWitness is a suite of data collection tools (the Store) and continuous AI products (the Pilots), built to extract, monitor and automate actions on the web.

Collecting publicly available data is generally allowed, but legality depends on your use case, your jurisdiction and the terms of the platforms you target. You remain solely responsible for the compliance of your use: see our Terms of Use.

Each job consumes credits based on the tool used, the options enabled and the requested result volume. The simulator on the Pricing page lets you estimate the cost before running a job.

Results are available in your dashboard. You can also export them as CSV, JSON, or sync them directly to Google Sheets depending on the tool.

Duration depends on the requested volume and the tool. Jobs run in the background and you're notified once the result is ready.

The Store extracts once and stops. Pilots run continuously: they monitor, act or generate content over time, without a manual restart.

No, once a Pilot is set up it runs on its own. You can adjust its settings at any time.

Yes, subscriptions have no minimum commitment and can be cancelled at any time from your account.
